Operator and scope

The verified operator and monitored support contact are shown below; this Terms text still requires owner/legal approval. This controlled PAPER service provides an isolated customer account, research visibility only where expressly approved, and a simulated PAPER ledger. It is not a paid or real-money investment service.

Registration

When private registration is separately opened, an individual invitation bound to your email may be used once. Public registration requires a separate opening decision. Enter your own name, email and password. Email verification is required. The generated business ID and separate native tenant ID are immutable. Do not share your invitation, password or recovery link.

Simulation and limitations

A newly created account starts with zero simulated balance. An explicitly labeled simulation action may add practice credit in an authorized isolated test account; it is not a deposit, real asset or withdrawable entitlement. Values come from your PAPER ledger. Statements list your own recorded PAPER activity and observed modeled fees. Period opening/closing values and P/L remain unavailable without reconciled boundary valuations. Missing historical data is UNKNOWN, never zero. Simulated prices, fees and results can differ from actual markets. No return, profit or investment outcome is promised.

No real-money activity

Real-money trading, payments, deposits, withdrawals, orders, token transfers and mainnet funding are disabled. A real-money service would require separate activation and applicable regulatory and legal readiness, approved terms and independent controls. Accessing this PAPER service does not authorize any of those activities.

Customer boundaries and acceptable use

You may access only your own account and explicitly approved reports. Do not attempt to access another customer, owner wallets, internal research, server/admin tools or secrets. Security checks and account restrictions protect this boundary.

AI and availability

Customer MOZEK remains disconnected until its tenant and context boundary is independently qualified. Owner-global chat and Voice are not part of this customer service. Research and simulation are informational and do not provide a personalized investment recommendation. Service availability and data completeness are not guaranteed.

Fees, suspension and closure

No real customer payment, subscription fee, deposit or transaction fee is collected by this PAPER service. Modeled PAPER fees may appear in simulated ledger reports. Future prices would require a separate approved offer before any charge. A customer may request account closure through the published support contact; identity verification and the approved retention policy will govern closure and deletion. The operator may restrict access for a security issue or close the service. PAPER balances are simulated and cannot be redeemed.

Support and complaints

Use the approved support contact below for service problems, complaints or a request to close the account. Use the privacy contact for data requests. PMGI has confirmed this inbox is monitored for both support and privacy requests. The complaint-handling procedure requires approval before registration opens. No response time is promised in this draft.

Version, rights and changes

The accepted version and acceptance timestamp are recorded. Material changes require an updated notice and appropriate acceptance before expanding scope. This draft does not waive mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. The operator is based in Dubai, UAE. Applicable law, complaint handling and any consumer cancellation rights require owner/legal review before opening; this draft does not claim a specific forum, response deadline or waiver.
